Earlier this year, we teamed up with Master Baker Anthony Kindred from the Craft Bakers Association again to develop new recipes giving craft bakers new ideas on how to use our lovely Provencal glacé cherries.
Of course, like you, Anthony already uses Glacé Cherries in Christmas pudding, mince pies and fruit cakes.
But, when we told Anthony to set his imagination free, it didn’t take long for him to come back and tell us “I’ll create something totally different for Christmas!”
